On September 9th 2015, Her Majesty Queen Silvia of Sweden was in Würzburg, Germany participating in the  board meeting of the World Childhood Foundation. The board meeting was followed by a conference on the refugee situation of children and to give them a future.

Queen Silvia is the Childhood Foundation's founder and honorary chairman.

Whilst today Monday September 14th 2015, His Majesty King Gustaf grante audience to the President of European Parliament Martin Schulz at the Royal Palace.
